Eric P. Francisconi
Eric P. Francisconi is a partner at Barnes, Crosby, FitzGerald &
Zeman LLP. Mr. Francisconi practices business and commercial
litigation in the state and federal courts throughout California.
He has prosecuted and defended clients in jury and court trials
pertaining to business torts, partnership and corporate disputes,
breach of contract actions, real estate litigation, commercial
landlord/tenant issues, employment claims, and real estate broker
disputes. Mr. Francisconi’s litigation experience also includes
successfully representing clients in insurance “bad faith”
litigation, construction defect litigation, and protecting
creditors’ rights in bankruptcy court.
Mr. Francisconi was admitted to the State Bar of California in
1994, and is admitted to practice in the Central, Eastern, Northern,
and Southern Districts of the U.S. District Courts of California
and the U.S. Court of Appeals, Ninth Circuit. He is a member of
the American Bar Association, the Orange County Bar Association
(Real Estate Section and Financial Practices Section), and the
Association of Business Trial Lawyers.
Mr. Francisconi received his B.A., cum laude, from the Honors
Program at Loyola Marymount University (1991) and earned his
J.D. from Loyola Law School (1994), where he served as Articles
Editor of the Loyola of Los Angeles Law Review.
